mango sorbet with strawberry sauce    


Ingredients:

1  cup fresh strawberries, stems removed
2  tablespoons sugar
2  tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur
1  carton (14 fl. oz.) Häagen-Dazs® Mango Sorbet




Preparation:
1. In blender container or food processor bowl with metal blade, combine strawberries, sugar and liqueur; blend until smooth.
 
2. To serve, place 1 scoop (1/2 cup) sorbet into each dessert dish. Spoon 3 tablespoons sauce over each scoop. Garnish with additional fresh strawberries, if desired.
